THEME OF THE PROJECT
International festival dedicated to Eighteenth-century Opera, and to Music, Dance, Literature; a new stage with high artistic quality for young artists and professionals, which year after year aims to begin a widespread event that embraces the whole of Lake Garda.
DESCRIPTION
The Riflessi del Garda Festival is a new international project, with 16 outdoor events for its 1st edition at Lido Campanello in Castelnuovo del Garda (Verona): 2 evenings of Neapolitan Opera, 6 concerts and a ballet dedicated to repertoire and contemporary with an environmental theme, starring young promises alongside famous artists; a round table on the relationship between culture, economy, and sustainability; 5 book presentations, and a Kids Day that includes dedicated activities to bring young people closer to music, on the themes of well-being, social inclusion, disability and safeguarding the planet. The festival is an answer both to the demand for quality culture in the Garda area and to the rediscovery of lesser-known areas of this pearl of Italy. Furthermore, as per the mission of the Piccinni Fund, it intends to support the professional growth of young artists and performing arts professionals in economic difficulty, and to promote research on Piccinni and his times.
Over 2,600 people are expected, including the public invited to attend the shows on the program, heterogeneous in terms of background, age and geographical origin and families with children aged 4 to 12 years involved in the dedicated activities of Kids Day.
From 10.000,00 to 50.000,00 Euros.
